About
We provide individuals, organizations, and public systems working across the substance use disorder continuum with practical training and micro-learning, digital tools, and implementation support that strengthen MOUD access, harm-reduction practice, peer and family engagement, system coordination, and non-clinical aftercare and re-entry.
Our work is designed to operate within appropriate professional and regulatory boundaries and to be suitable for Medicaid, justice, employers, community providers, and public funders.
What we do
With strong consideration for non-clinical aftercare and post-treatment / post-release re-entry, we:
Develop and deliver role-specific training and microlearning
Provide digital tools that support coordination, follow-up, and navigation
Support pilots and system deployments for agencies, funders, and multi-site partners
Align outcomes, measurement, and reporting to real-world requirements
Who we serve
We serve stakeholders across healthcare, justice, workplace, and community settings, including:
Individuals and families seeking guidance and navigation
Peer recovery and recovery support professionals
Clinicians and behavioral health teams
Harm reduction and community partners
Employers and workplace leaders
Public agencies, courts, and funders
Our focus areas
We work across interconnected focus areas that reflect how SUD services function in real-world environments, not as silos, but as a coordinated system.
Non-clinical aftercare and post-treatment / post-release re-entry, addressing the high-risk period after detox, treatment, hospitalization, or incarceration
Peer specialist, recovery coach, and family enablement through role-appropriate training and tools
MOUD access and continuity, including support before and after transitions of care
Harm reduction and community engagement that lower barriers and sustain connection
Employer and workplace recovery support, including re-entry and retention
System coordination, pilots, and reporting aligned to Medicaid, justice, and grant requirements
We start with the “right-now” challenge: what is blocking access, continuity, or accountability today. We then match the problem to fit-for-purpose solutions; training and micro-learning, tools, workflow support, and pilot design, grounded in evidence and aligned with funding and reporting expectations.
Our approach emphasizes feasibility in real operational environments, including workforce constraints, partner coordination, and privacy requirements.
How this comes together
We consider the points where systems most often break down; handoffs between treatment, emergency care, justice involvement, and the return to daily life. Through targeted training and micro-learning, digital tools, and implementation support, we help individuals, peers, clinicians, families, employers, community partners, and systems stay aligned during these transitions.
This approach supports engagement beyond the clinic, strengthens follow-up during 30/60/90-day windows, and enables programs to demonstrate accountability and impact.
Principles and standards
